Do you think the prosecutor was correct in indicting Compean and Ramos for "Assault with Intent to Commit Murder, and Aiding and Abetting"? [18 U.S.C. §§7(3),113(a)(1) & 2]
That would have brought them up to life in prison, or the death penalty.
