I agree. I think even if he does not catch something he would be better off. He would be able to do something I can't. I would be able to show up at the pearly gates with a purer soul. A soul that endured hard times but yet still had the faith to keep himself pure for God.

The best that could come now is for him to learn from this and sin no more. I hope his mistake will bring him closer to God.
