Just a wild guess here, but what do you bet that this fine, upstanding prosecutor uttered the tired old prosecutor's mantra, at some point before the trial, that these Agent's must be "held to a higher standard of conduct?"
Higher standard indeed. I'd love some follow up on any action taken against this US Attorney.
