I hope they are well armed, Richmond is not a Disney neighborhood.
Actually....I used to work the Haster, Katella, Harbor neighborhoods around Disneyland and I was a Police Explorer in Richmond. The Neighborhoods are about the same, gangs, guns, prostitutes and drugs.
