I am a foodie, so when he talks about food I am there.

For me..it's when he talks nutrition, vitamins and stuff like that. I had a wee little heart attack a couple of years ago, so I really like it when he talks about the statins and other drugs for diseases.

Not quite there yet, myself, but, the doctor said lay off the salt and take these blood pressure pills or pay the price down the road.

yeah hsve u heard the news that niacin helps as well or better than statins and is safer AND cheaper....
