Someone may have already made this point ... in WWII during the first days of the Battle of the Bulge English speaking German soldiers dressed in American uniforms, driving captured U.S. vehicles, were very effective in disrupting American counter measures. Once the GI's determined what was happening they quickly captured, or killed the Germans. The captured Germans were given quick military trials and shot. Can you imagine if that measure were implemented against terrorists in Iraq today? Congress and the media would have a collective heart attack.
