If you want a small fed, then you believe that abortion should be left up to the states.. That is how I see it... OK. So, then, why doesn't Rudy support overturning Roe v. Wade and returning the decision on whether to outlaw murder by abortion to the states.

Beats me, besides Rudy can't overturn Roe v Wade, the court has to overturn it, and if Rudy is going to nominate constituionist to the court than fine...
