While I doubt that last part is true, even if it is, PRESIDENT Bush, is already President, mute point. Rudy is Not. And this is primary discussion, not who we will vote for in the Presidential election. This is the time for that discussion, not after a person has already been nominated.

It's actually a valid point. You're not going to get rid of abortion, unless some Congresscritter grows balls and passes a Constitutional Amendment or the Supremes reverse their horrible decision.

The best you can do is take the taxpayer money out of it and enacting federal guideline & restrictions. This would be the Rudy approach, similiar to how he reduced the city's welfare rolls.
