For myself, I choose not to attack the way Mr. Stein refers to President Bush for two reasons:

1. Considering the names some people in the media and in Congress refer to the President, calling him "Mr. Bush" is downright respectful.

2. Quibbling over how Mr. Stein refers to the President, given the ideas Mr. Stein expresses, seems downright trivial.
