This poor dude is 5-10 years too late. Corporations look at IT folks as a dime a dozen these days, not as specialized workers that can make a difference. And a 21 yr old lacks something making him worth money - experience.
His getting national attention on this will probabaly cause him to lose the offers he has in hand.
