Sure but he'll get a cumfy offer from some civil rights outfit or PBS. I doubt he'll end up on skid row. Heck they might even make him a congress-critter.

Well, for now I'll settle for pulling his license and booting him from office. I think that will cause him to lose any retirement benefit he would have received after a few (3?) more years.

You are correct. If Nilfong is disbarred he will have to resign as DA and the governor will appoint his replacement.
