There is so much about his actions that were simply loony. He can try, but it won't work, to say "I didn't know" or "It was a good faith filing." He is accused by his peers of making misleading statements to the disciplinary committee and to the judge. His peers aren't fooled and I can promise you, although you are more than aware anyway, that no future judge is going to accept any attempt at a lame excuse. Nifong had his best chance when "precious" changed her story one more time. Nifong was too stupid to grasp that last life preserver.
