I don't think this is going to be kept quiet. Barack's childhood is the biggest story in Indonesian media this week, they'll scrape together enough info to give a complete pictures within a month or two from now.

You are correct to a point. It is permissible to lie in order to deceive infidels much like what's his face in Iran is doing with Chavez. However, it is not permissible to denounce Islam even it is to deceive.

With this I agree. However, why aren't the avid followers of islam in the U.S. denouncing islam knowing that lies are permissible? Could it be that they are afraid of those who will kill them for saying even a lie?
