the (for a year now) buzz here in Phoenix is his cancer is really back and he will probably not run. I heard this today from Cindy....She said NOT ALL in the decision making wanted McCain to run.
Some cancers are now curable; his seems to me not. And we only know about what we can see, who knows where else he has it, beside his face. And THAT really is worrisome. Cancers usually spread to other areas/organs, when they keep reappearing.
