Yes of course.  Hopefully the investors behind this effort have considered these very basic points, and if they haven't we can all rest assured that there will be numerous forthcoming articles in the WSJ and the FT pointing out any disingenuousness in marketing, once this venture is actually up and running and can be properly analyzed as a financial entity.
