Sutton is on the AG's advisory committee and was the Policy Coordinator for the Bush-Cheney transition team for the DOJ. He served as Criminal Justice Policy Director for Governor George W. Bush prior to that.

Do you even know what you are talking about? The position of USA for any federal district is a highly sought after position. I would estimate that there were over 100 applicants for the job, most highly qualified. I suggest you look at Mr. Sutton's background to see why the President choose him
