The PETA perps are full of it. If what they were doing was perfectly okay, they wouldn't have had to lie about it and dump the bodies in other people's dumpsters without permission.

Yes they are and always have been -- a total sham that was set up to play on the animal lovers of the country and SUCK COPIOUS AMOUNTS OF MONEY out of them. Plain and simple. Massive fraud and many of them should see the slammer for animal cruelty -- the very thing these criminal hypocrites used to rant about, right ???

I think these creeps are a bunch of marxists that view pet ownership as an affectation of the bourgoisie.

PETA people believe that a dead pet is better than a live one enslaved to humans. To adopt animals out, to them, is the moral equivalence of paricipating in the slave trade. I hate PETA.

"PETA, a well-funded organization that raises more than $25 million a year from 1.6 million members and supporters, started sending workers to Bertie, Northampton and Hertford counties."

WOW, PETA sure can't afford to run shelters and adopt out healthy animals with that kind of money can they? Sound familiar? Ask the Humane Society of America how many animals they save when they are through lobbying for more money and trying to end animal research and agriculture.

These are DOMESTIC terrorists, and should be recognized as such.

The deception, Powell said, stings as much as the animals' deaths.

I'm just shocked that an organization like PETA would be deceptive.

I'd like to know how they managed to get ahold of pentobarb. Last I checked, it was a controlled substance, DEA Schedule II, requiring a medical or veterinary license.

The penalty for that should make the PETA Nazis' animal cruelty fines look like spare change.

I wonder what Pamela Anderson has to say about this deal? Oh that is right, she is busy fighting the good fight, opposing a Kentucky Fried Chicken stamp. They treat chickens badly you know......as if there is any 'nice' or 'humane' way to E A T them.

Blah, blah, blah, the sudden concern about animal welfare is disingenuous. Blah, blah, blah."

Yes, PETA's so-called concern about animal welfare is disingenuous, to say the least.

Phony 'Physicians' Group Ranking Airport Food Is a PETA Affiliate

Maybe Neal Barnard, if he still maintained a DEA license.

Yep. PETA has a far left agenda to push. Does anyone really think they make enough money to push their agenda AND care for the animals they take?

So according to PETA, conditions at shelters in three different counties were abominable.

I can envision that situation occurring in one county. Possibly even two if I stretch my imagination and think worst case scenario.

But three is unbelievable.
