It is a VERY good school. In fact, I believe it is ranked as the top school academically in Hawaii.
In comparison to what? When Newsweek did its "best high schools in the US" last year, not a single school in Hawaii was on the list.
I can think of two schools it is definitely below academically in Hawaii, Iolani and Punahou. It's probably below several others too
