Five people are hospitalized following an early morning shooting inside Denny's restaurant at 1245 Central Avenue N. in Kent, Washington Police say at least one person has serious injuries. Two suspects are in custody. It's not known what motivated the shooting.

No doubt another example of several people who were 'given' their right to carry a concealed weapon by a government who knew full well this sort of thing would become commonplace. It's not like we weren't warned! Over and over we were told that given law-abiding American citizens the right to carry weapons would result in every traffic mishap or bad service at Denny's experience would lead to blood baths in the street.

We have no one to blame but ourselves.

Shouldn't that weapon be cocked? I mean it's a nice picture and all that, but like that it's not good for much more than being a decent club. Let's cock it, and while we're about it, let's point it at something that could benefit from looking down the barrel of a loaded, cocked, aimed weapon. And be sure the hand that is holding it is shaking so that the one who gets the message has to wonder if they have scared the holder so badly it might go off by accident.

Most of the people I know who own and/or carry weapons would never even display the weapon, let alone shoot someone, but out of fear they might squeeze off a round or two by accident.

Ooops! It's a small picture and I'm an old man. I was looking at it upside down! I thought the barrel was pointing off to the right of the image, not toward the top!
