Actually Yogi, this is pretty simple.
Non-Muslims have enough babies to maintain their numbers.
Muslims have enough babies to double their population every 20 years.
Eventully, there are more Muslims than non-Muslims.
Then, the Mulims get to make the laws.

actually, and ironically most often it is the socialist entitlements that enable the proliferation of non-culture-continuing aspects of our population... if there weren't social programs to promote the propogation of such elements, then the balance through attrition and mortality would keep the base basic...
