I did not hear the thing you objected to on his show, and find it a bit hard to believe, but won't argue that. I will say that if he referred to that distasteful subject, he did so in a less offensive manner than you implied.

I simply disagreed about Rush and, having listened to him for lo these many years, I have never heard him be as offensive as the story you told.

Therefore, I reserve the right to doubt that it was exactly as you portrayed it and will continue to do so until proven otherwise.
