I don't think she could get away without any debates. I suspect her Hollywood friends are giving her acting lessons.

Yes I realised my little wind is nothing compared to your hurricanes but we so rarely get it this bad that it is big news in our neck of the wood.
Everything is relative as well I expect the damage will cost me with materials and labout in the region of 800.00 dollars.

Her Thighness was forced to announce her candidacy now because Obama has been in the spotlight when she thinks SHE should be there. Note to Her: Being Reactive is not a good way to begin running for the presidency.

... people like Pence rarely get airtime.....so when they WASTE it by agreeing with the dems the whole time....it just makes me furious.
That's two of us. The Rats never give an inch unless they are in the process of co-optng a Pub position. Either a Conservative understands the deadly serious approach of the Left to politics or he/she might as well stay at home.

I know exactly what you are alluding to and I concur. They defined the term "ruthless."

Most Excellet. Some terrorist is gonna get shot in the leg, or worse.
Jack Bauer is looking to even the score.
Sometimes this is just an unbelievable great show. But I only like it when it's Jack vs. the terrorist.
To: Carolinamom
How about the pictures of her back when she seldom washed her hair and didn't shave under her arms or her legs. She is nothing, if not manufactured by the Media.
To: Morgan in Denver
Even better is 24 has outstanding ratings. What were the ratings for the leftie NBC shows like Left Wing? or Geena Davis's infomercial to convince everyone Hillary could be president?
To: BusterBear
I won't discount this because you could be very well correct. But I don't know of any VP candidate who has been more charismatic than the candidate himself. Like it or not, Richardson brings more experience to the table for those people who will say Hillary does not have executive experience. Add in Richardson's work as a state governor, at Energy and the UN, and he complements areas Hillary is vulnerable.
I take that back. Jack Kemp was more charismatic than Senator Dole. Still, Kemp was held back so that he would not overshadow Dole.
To: Arizona Carolyn
Even now, she is not consistently well-groomed. When she is...as on her "biography" book cover, I swear I did not even recognize her....looked like she'd had a face transplant.

That was another observation by Larry Sabbato on Fox with Brian Williams, he said many times front runners are that in the eyes of the media and not the public. This is because the Washington "Poobahs" have chosen sides in the race and they seldom coorelate with the people in fly-over country and in the end we have the final say, not the Poohbahs.
To: poinq
half black? I missed that one.
To: Arizona Carolyn
All good points. Problem is she pretty much has things tied up on her side and absent a horrific mistake--admitting who she really is--she can come close.
I think the game plan is for Bubba and obamma to put her over the top.
The run-up to the conventions are important but in reality the election will be won after both conventions are over. That's when hillary goes into hiding.
Think about it, the last 4 months of the campaign, now who will be in the woods of Maine and who will be campaigning in Calllyfornia with bubba. And don't say she can't get away with it because she can.
Bubba and oblama are an unbeatable rock star team for the msm/dbm, they will get coverage you couldn't afford with all the money in the world. It's a seemingly slam dunk strategy, we have to spoil it and we will.

LOL, sorry, I never watched any of those shows so I have no idea what their rating were/are. All I know is they keep getting canceled because they are not good programs.

#160, I believe these changes are normal/natural and cyclical. I can remember it being around 80 degrees at Christmas when I was a child, and the next day after we would get a cold front that would bring blizzard conditions. I remember the Blizzard of "66 " and many more like them that caused the Forecasters to predict another Ice Age. We are paying more attention to the Weather because of the Leftist Propaganda by the DBM, but it has always run in cycles and will continue to do so, no matter what they do, and what radical ideas they push. The DBM and the radical environmentalists are turning everyone into wimps. If God did not want us to deal with this stuff we would not have to deal with it. Life can be tough, we deal with it, then get a little numb but stronger so we can handle the next one, whatever that may be. Environmental wackos mostly do not believe, so there you go....

I think she will implode. Bill cannot run for her this time with her pulling the nasty strings in the background.
To: poinq
Yes, they need to take a lesson from the Dems. The Dems spent the last two years pretty much hiding out and letting the Republicans self destruct. Unfortunately we have too many stupid 11-07 Republicans who simply do NOT realize they are NOT helping by being Democrat Lite. As long as the Democrats have the Republican tag longs giving them political coverage they keep the Junk Media's focus off the Democrats inter party civil war. As usual the DC Old Boys club is drawing all the wrong conclusions from the 2006 elections. The lesson SHOULD of been "You cannot take Conservative voters for granted".
