Biden: "I'm not the dumbest member of the Senate, but I play one on TV.
Dick Morris has become a scoundrel that instituted the concept of triangulation,a political figure taking all sides of every issue. The clintons used it so well, and still do, that others have tried. Most unsuccessfully.
I am watching McCain on mtp right now doing his best to be on all sides of the Iraq situation so timmy will love him again. Of course it's not working cause McCain won't say "cut n' run,". The minute he does he will be back in the rat fold, but so far he hasn't gone that far.
McCain is for independence in Iraq but doesn't trust the elected leaders-- Maliki, he wants to try the surge since before was a "failed policy"(way to take our side asshole that'll get you the conservative vote real quick) but doesn't want to lose any of our soldiers, he thinks that our soldiers need to be in command but will try and punish Casey when he comes back for not getting it right.(is that a bit political or what) In other words McCain will be on as many sides as he can all at once, and underneath it all is("I liked the picture of the sunglasses"--his comment to Tim), he wants to be a rock star, he's a bama wannabe with no personality and no loyalty to either side, good luck. Only pragmatism.
Morning back to you, and thanks for the MTP information. I won't see it so your input is appreciated.
I've said it before, McCain cannot win the conservative Republican base. Sorry about that but he's alienated too many Republicans no matter what he says or does now. All he can do is hog some air time, depriving serious candidates from getting their message out.
He is however, the current defending champion, holding the 2005 title.
Later this spring the 2006 winner of Dumbest Senator will be announced.
Thanks, Rod.
I was just arising as the commercial went on and I thought it was an ad for a hemorroid cream.
The "I am the stupidest Senator race" in the Senate reminds me of a bunch of kids all driving soap box racers and all trying to crash into once another. Yet they still want their soap box racer to be able to race. Most lose and wind up hitchhiking home. (If I could only draw)
You have to have a Heart for something to come from it. She is a cold, calculating, conniving, miserable, unhappy witch. I believe slick willy is trying to rehab for her campaign, but it may be too little too late. Decades of Hard and soft narcotics, Alcohol, Promiscuous sex with anything that moved, veneral disease, burning the candle at both ends while finagling to fix all the Thievery, Corruption, Lawbreaking have taken it's toll. Slick Willy looks old and sick, and no amount of plastic surgery can help that. Hillary looks the picture of Physical health (thanks to Plastic Surgery and Botox), but looks more loony all the time. She reminds me of Jack Nicholson in "the Shining" about ready to look into the Camera and say "heeeere's JOHNNY!" Ready for this "Heeeres HILLARY", Yikes!!!!!!!
Rodham is
Wow! This is the first good picture of Hillary I've seen.
Samantha,
RE: your evaluation of Dick Lugar as a "Dimwit." Is that based on your interaction with him when you were both Rhodes scholars at Oxford University?
****
hot hillary
Has anyone taken a look at her official 'First Ladies' portrait in the National Gallery to see how it's holding up lately?
. Exactly how I see it as well.
Wow! :-)
LOL............... not bad, it was Hillary without makeup.
So then, check out # 195.
;-)
Teddy wants to use diplomatic means to deal with Iraq and to cover a withdrawal. And, my goodness, Massachusetts Fats thinks that the Bush administration has made things worse in Iran! This tripe can't be helped; the Dims will simply play the "easy way out card", which appeals to the non-thinking majority. The description of the 1979 Iranian hostage situation is still being termed a "diplomatic" crisis by the Left! It was an act of war which this nation chose to deny, and now we are paying the price. The bill will go go much higher before politics takes a back seat to reality.
