He and I get along fine. It is my daughter ....She is an ex drug addict who has never lost that junkie attitude. I feel sorry for him. He doesn't understand why we fight. In his family it just isn't like that. Parents are respected. I love my grandson . But I will not give my daughter money . She wants an easy life with us helping her buy a house etc. I have 5 other children. I can't help them like I have helped her. 60 grand out of pocket for rehabs alone. She has gotten all she is getting from me. I do give my grandson anything he needs. She was able to sign for his green card. I like him and we have a good relationship or we did when they were still living in America. The only problem I have so far is that he refuses to tell his parents they are married and have a 2 yr old son. That makes me wonder....I feel bad for the Sikhs, people tend to think they are Muslim. They are totally different.

I don't wish to meddle too much, but are your other five children involved in any notion of a 'family unit' at all? This shouldn't all be strapped to your back, particularly if you have grown and autonomous ones.
If daughter is having problems, the last thing you need are factions within the family. I'm going through that now with my older sister, though we're approaching peace and happiness.
Prayer helps a lot.
Make your opinions known, Dad. You've been blessed and deserve an emotional harvest.
