Since Harry Reid prohibited attacks against the hegemony of the Islamic Republic of Iran, I guess some electricity mishaps should ensue to leave the leadership compound literally freezing in the dark. Perhaps an incidental incendiary explosion at an electric power plant might help. Or a vaguely suspicious avalanche blocking a coal train. Let North Koreans sing, "Joy to the world, Kim Jong-il's dead!"
