That article makes Guiliani look really good. Other than snubbing Arafat, I don't see any evidence of him being "notoriously anti-Arab" but being Muslim means never having to say...well, anything truthful.
He needs to be asked whether he will place his hand on a Bible or a koran (lowercase on purpose) if sworn in as POTUS.
