My '92 Toyota 4X4 truck was recalled for a faulty steering rod or something 2 yrs. ago. I was reluctant since there was only 2 or so cases of bad steering reported in how many millions produced let alone abused off-road. I had the truck at the dealer for some other service so I had them do the recall. What a difference it made! 175,000 miles and it drives like a new truck. I'm waiting for Toyota to put a diesel in their new Tundra.

I buy a lot of fleet trucks (about 100/year)
With some reluctance, I started bying a few Nissan Titans, but they have proved so good, that's all I'm getting next year.
