So, freezes aren't considered "acts of nature" like floods, hurricanes, and earthquakes? How come most insurance providers exclude this stuff from homeowner insurance, but they're pushing it for farmers?

Freeze good, flood bad?

Wow, so besides taxes - that everybody has to pay - what cut does the goverment of the profit?
