Estonia doesn't provoke Russia. This is a domestic affair. I hate to break it to you but Russia is not that important to Estonia. *shock* All we want is that Russia stopped meddling in our affairs. We don't want to be Russia's 'near-abroad.' It's as simple as that!
However, for some mad reason Russia seems to be obsessed with 'Pribaltika.'
Here's an idea: why don't Putin's little minions pay some attention to Russia's domestic issues. There are homeless children wandering around the streets of St.Petersburg. How about if Russian authorities focused on them instead of some statue in Estonia?

"Communist system was created by international criminal organization called Proletariat."

You better read a book or 3. Comintern and the International were all funded by RUSSIA - Mao was on the Kremlin payroll from 1924.

"I don' think there's already a scientifically accurate number of victims of either Communism or Russian Communism"

Can't you read?

This monument to the 100 million killed by the Kremlin was directed by an ACT OF CONGRESS!

"According your logic the all what EU leadership does ONLY belgians are responsible."

Isn't there a requirement that one speaks English to join FR?

1. You wrote:

The link you given:

to commemorate the more than 100 million victims of communism

You deliberately twisted the meaning. World Communism wasn't limited to Kremlin. E.g. you hold the Kremlin responsible for the Chineese cultural revolution.

2. by an ACT OF CONGRESS!

The US Congress hasn't conducted a research on this issue, according to the article. It has set up an organisation to erect a monument. While the fact of Communists' atrocities isn't questionable, the number of victims is.

Another Russian "official warning"....(threat).

Putin would love to pull another 1940-style invasion of Estonia, coupled with the entire Baltic region.
