Why should we compel an insurer to offer all lines of business in a particular state? After all, we don't force MetLife to sell homeowner's insurance. Your particular problem in getting homeowner's insurance from State Farm in Florida seems like an internal issue within State Farm having to do with the allocation of business among agents.
