Take off the gloves and fight like we did in WW II. A elongated war that includes pacification and appeasement of in-country officials only gets more of our military men and women killed. I am for total victory and if the civilians are part of the logistics supply train for the enemy then they are the enemy and should be dealt with accordingly.
