The last 4 years have been a page right out of Geobbell's Propoganda Playbook, and the Dems have learned it well...

I believe McCain is involved. I remember reading he was leading this a few weeks ago. That said, we can rest assured if this makes it to SCOTUS it will be after 2008 and who knows what the makeup of the court will be then.
