The 'treasure find' law seems to be working.
I wish we could improve our laws concerning treasure finds. Metal detectors are prohibited on a lot of public lands.
If I lost a toy or pocket knife (it was legal back then for me to have a pocket knife)in a national forest and then found it 50 years later I could not legally take it today.
