Instead of discussing race, wouldn't a more important discussion be one of his experience ... or lack thereof?

"But I suspect that when Americans make their decisions now about whether a black man, a black woman will be president, that they'll do it on the basis of: 'Do I agree with this person?'In this particular case they'll do it on the basis of I ain't voting for anyone named Barack Hussein Obama!

Did I just read what I thought I read? The man is unqualified to be President no matter if he is purple. She just gave him a boost IMHO! I said the other day I thought she was the wrong person to be SoS and I stick by those words even more today.

"Rice cited the prospect of Barack Obama becoming the first black president of the United States"
I thought Clinton was the first black President? Besides...Obama is not 100% black anyways is he?

""Nobody thinks that this country, our country, is colorblind. It's not," she told NBC news."
I find this statement pretentious.
I didn't care who was covering my back - black, white, red or yellow - we were all Marines (Americans), not some cupcake tray with different colored sprinkles on top.
Someone needs to run this woman thru Marine Corps RDSD for comprehension about what a color blind society is.

They want him because it's worked twice for them in the past and both of them turned out to be the worst Presidents we have had.
I am in favor of putting up good people; but not people that are only there for looks and political agendas only. I hope the Republican party will come to see we need strong good people for office and find a conscious and spine to proceed. I would hope the Democratic party would do the same; but not much hope there.

If that's a motion, I SECOND IT!

I am with you 100%! I have been thinking for sometime that she wasn't at all what I thought she was and she just confirmed my thoughts. She isn't in the States long enough to know where to disinfect the State Department. She is always on the go and now going around making dumb statements.

They do see his middle name, but they feel SORRY for Saddam, so it's a net plus to Osama Obama.
