That's 18 times including today. If these guys are so bright, why do they change their minds every couple of years? The above line should say: Created in 1947 by the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, the Doomsday Clock has been adjusted every 2yrs and 9 months. -or- Created in 1947 by the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, the Doomsday Clock has been adjusted a whopping 18 times including today, the last time as recently as February 2002 Somehow that line doesn't sound ominous.
