Then it is obvious that you know very little about American politics.

America has traditionally prefered Governors as President and has picked 4 for the Presidency in the last 30 years and all but one went for 2 terms.

Thanks for the History lesson, but at 43 I've participated in all of the elections you referenced; the first governor from Georgia; the first divorcee, trade union leader and actor; only the second sitting vice president; a draft dodging adulterous governor from a corrupt little state; only the second son of a president elected.

It seems to me the history lesson is that over the last forty years the country has elected many "firsts" and "uncommons". If somebody is nominated, they have the ability to win. As an aside, I honestly believe that Hunter the better man as compared to the entire crew running in either party. I think the American people, or at least those who'd consider voting for a republican, will recognize this.
