According to this http://www.ncr-iran.net/index2.php?option=com_content&do_pdf=1&id=193 in 1986 Mohammad Jafar Sahraroudi was a Brig. General. That was more than 20 years ago. How come that he is in Iraq now? Is it really the same person?
