Hey, that was not very nice statement... not all blacks and hispanics are academically deficient.. not all got there via AA.. Not All white students at Duke got there by their grades alone. Faculty families attend universities free. Regardless of their grades. What the 88 did was wrong.. but its' statements like the above that continues to propagates stereotypes.

It really looks like you didn't read the statement that you quoted and responded to.
saneright said "some of the whining students", and you turned around, quoted that, and then argued "not all ...".
That's a straw-man argument, and not defensible here.
Besides, I would guess that the "whining students" are indeed a partially self-selecting set of those AA admissions.
