And here's what they said..

"These students are shouting and whispering about what happened to this young woman and to themselves."

"...about what happened to this young woman.." and the choice to publish it is clearly a rendering of judgement that a violation had occurred and it's clear they held no presumption of innocence of the accused.

They are lying again.

That is a statement of fact that clearly implies one or more of the Duke LAX players raped her. More than sufficient grounds for a defamation suit, in my (NON-LEGAL) opinion. Any legal eagles want to comment?
