Glad you're mentioning that .. he's been on my mind. Poor guy .. it's been SO long. I know what that bug does .. it's really just leaving me now .. since just after Christmas, and he's been working .. probably the whole time, not resting up.

Co-worker reminded me of something I had, but had forgotten about ... Oil of Oregano. It's an anti-bacterial, and has been around for probably centuries as a remedy for many ailments.

I've had this little blue dropper bottle of it for probably 6-7 yrs., but it's been in the medicine cabinet in a dark place ............. and it sure smelled just like it did when it was new.

So ........... last week, I started taking a drop on my tongue, once or twice a day. Yes .. it tastes like hydraulic fluid ... eeeuwwww .. and I quick drink a glass of water, and then eat something to rid my mouth of the taste.

I've been doing that every day since .. and I really think it's made a difference, especially with the non-stop phlegm and congestion.
