If he is trying to get Military families, Vets, and active duty to duke it out with Sheehan in the name of ratings, I wouldn't call that being on our side at all. You certainly have the gravitas to make that judgment.
I just hope you're wrong about it. I had the same feelings when he did the softball interview with pervert McGeevy...I thought my head was going to explode.
If this winds up being a ratings thing my opinion will change to yours.

I think it is a combination of things.
1- as SH said about the preempting the fairness doctrine, and
2- Exposing her as the nut the MSM won't.
Don't get me wrong, I don't want her to have air time either, but when has she had it and been challenged?

My feelings about using Military Families has been building. What sheehan has been doing may hurts a lot more than people know. Some of us have loved ones serving with friends of Casey. Some of us have loved ones on the front lines now who are worried that our loved ones will join Casey's name in granite at a 1st Cav memorial. Most of the 1st Cav families have endured loss with dignity, honor, and bravery. We are more than sick of hearing from Cindy.
