Your argument is based around your state's rights penchant while you ignore the fact that NC has no law allowing for prosecution of Nifong for civil rights violations outside the civil suit arena. The feds do, and that is why they should step in and initiate an investigation into Nifong's conduct.

Since when has a knowledge and respect of the concept of "federalism" meant one is a states' righter? Laughable.
NC has laws which deal with unjust prosecutions but don't necessarily call them "civil rights" laws. The state has all the power necessary to deal with this. Federal involvement will not occur absent a PATTERN of violations of whites civil rights in any case. Your pretensions of legal expertise are amusing.
