Do you think it is "possible" that state law takes precedence in this matter? I do.. It's got to grind through the state.

I guess you're right, but just once in my life I'd like to see a federal civil rights statute used to stop a race hustle rather than perpetuate one. These lacrosse players are as much victims of state judicial misconduct as any Black victim during the Jim Crow era.

I share your sentiment very much. It's going to take time to clean up all the bad laws authored by Marxists over the past 40 years. Those badlaws have been interbred with other laws. Kinda reminds me of the "interstate commerce" laws the Gay lobby was trying to foist onto California many years ago -- to force California to acknowledge the gay marriages from Hawaii. Using one specific law to bootstrap on another culturally suicidal law and issue.
