WORRIED parents have blocked government plans to vaccinate girls as young as nine against a sexually-transmitted virus that can cause cervical cancer.

It's nice to read about concerned parents every now and then. Most don't seem to give a damn what happens to their kids these days.
My daughter would not be given this shot, either.

What about HBV shots?

Those are required in Florida and the school nurses get insulted when quizzed about why middle school kids should be vaccinated against an STD that cannot be transmitted by casual contact.

I guess what got them was when I asked if the school staff planned to have sex with the kids.
