BTW, I was in the airline industry until very recently... and there is a LOT of buzz about the November 2006 Chicago airport UFO incident. Many pilots and ground personnel saw it. A lot of skeptics are now believers....

"Phased array" is a radar term refering to a radar that transmits continuously without the "sweeping" motion normally associated with radar screens.

Not sure what a phased pulse array would be?
