If there was any evidence that his accident was in any way suicidal, then my bets would be with any decent prosecutor to try him for murder. Obviously there wasn't any. But I still can't help but wonder if there wasn't perhaps some behaviours of his that would have been different had he not gone through the hell that he did. And if you are a motorcycle rider, I'm not calling you insane :)
You know, I am not a risk taker. I was very wild as a kid growing up, and did some really insane things until I turned 30ish. Now, I am pounding safety and wise decisions into my kids heads.
I look back on a regular basis and wonder how I am alive today. I know a lot of the decisions I made were a process of acting out even though I didn't attribute it properly then.
