IMHO, the length of the "surge" will be based upon the situation on the ground. Keane didn't factor in the number of Iraqi troops that we are suppose to get.

IMHO the Peshmurga in Baghdad will not suffer from the same PC ROE that has hindered the effectiveness of US Forces. This may in fact be the wild card in this equation.
