A man suspected of decapitating his 4-year-old daughter and leaving the body for her mother to find in their suburban home was arrested in Washington, D.C., early Saturday

Should read:

A man suspected of decapitating his 4-year-old daughter and leaving the body for her mother to find in their suburban home was struck by a car in Washington, D.C., early Saturday. The vehicle then backed over the fallen victim, ran over him again, backed over him again, ran over him one more time, then parked on his chest while the driver proceeded to kick his face into unrecognizable pulp.

A crowd immediately surrounded the scene and a man climbed on top of the roof of the vehicle and began to sell raffle tickets on who would be given license to chain the road kill to their pick up truck and drag his ass all the way to California.
