I started to write an editorial rebuttal, and then realized there is no talking to these people.
We don't depend on "them" to provide "us" anything.
We have nothing to be in despair about.
If things get tough, we fix it and move on.
It is liberals not conservatives who remain transfixed, imagining that we're victims of our circumstances.
