No. The guy ran. At that point, BP had a duty to pursue to prevent escape. Probable cause was satisfied.

I am aware of no "the guy ran after I pulled him over so I shot him and tampered with the evidence and he's an illegal allien, besides" exception to the Fourth Amendment, nor can I find anything in the Constitution that makes a police officer the final arbiter of such an issue. Strawman, indeed. More like you are too lazy to address me.

No. Sorry. I just don't play well with FROBL's. You'd rather give an illegal alien drug runner more "rights" than a couple of BP agents. Fine. Just don't try and claim to have the moral "high ground" and be honest about it.

The agents testified that they heard shots fired. Given their flawless records, wouldn't it be reasonable to give them the benefit of the doubt here?
